  • Anomalous electron emission in the soft X-ray irradiation of the surface of electrets

     Theoretical model of anomalous electron emission has built for an soft x-ray irradiation of  surface elektrets, explaining the different character of correlation between energy and emission intensity of ferroelectric  solid solution PbTiO3 - CaTiO3 and nonferroelectric  ceramics CaTiO3.  Shown that  due electret surface irradiation the  Schottky area is  depleted by nonequilibrium charge carriers.

  • Mathematical representation of the characteristics of the interphase boundary surface of the transition layer

    It is shown that to describe the phenomena and processes in a transition interfacial layer having a certain thickness, it is useful to distinguish the boundary layer of the surface and boundary diffusion layer, which lies entirely in the less condensed phase related. In accordance with this energy and power characteristics of the transition layer should be attributed to the boundary surface of the interphase transition layer. The basic equation of electro capillary boundary of the surface layer, establishing the dependence of the surface tension of this layer on the chemical composition of the second phase, and bordering the jump of electric potential between them.

  • The passive wireless sensor on surface acoustic waves for measurement of gas and liquid environments parameters

    The sensor design on surface acoustic waves (SAW), representing the delay line with unidirectional inter-digital transducers (IDT) is considered. The factor of reflection of SAW from the unidirectional IDT loaded on impedance depending on value of resistance connected to it is investigated. On dependence of factor of reflection on size of resistance there is almost linear site at values of resistance more than 50 Ohm. The new design of the connected lattices of nanowire of zinc oxide, having the general resistance in a range of 50-250 Ohm which is connected to reflective IDT as loading is developed.

  • Dynamic cancelation of additive error of precision analog-to-digital converter

    Analog-to-digital converter, with modulation, amplification and demodulation of the input signal is carried out. To compensate the additional error of voltage conversion, concerned with temperature instability, used dynamic cancellation technique, based on the correlation between offset voltage and modulator temperature fluctuation. ADC with response time 0.85 s performs the threshold of sensitivity 1 nV; 8,5 s - 0,31 nV, 85 s - 0.13 nV, 850 s - 0.1 nV, respectively, in the full-scale range 400 mV. Estimation of offset voltage temperature drift is 40 pV / ºC, time drift - 100 pV / h.

  • Flaw detection of a steel wire method of tensor magnetic topology

    `Described is the methodology of studying of topology of tensor quantity of magnetic field of leakage of natural defects in the natural geomagnetic field magnetization, which is the base for realization of digital Hall defect scope. Using this set it was managed to register the defects with the peculiar size of 15 microns in steel wire, which is used for reeling of butter spring of trucks.

  • The analysis of constructive and technological restrictions in design of the avalanche photo diodes, working in a photon-counting mode

    Theoretical analysis of constructive and technological restrictions in the avalanche photodiode structure for photon-counting mode is made in this work. It is shown that critical parameters are load resistance and a time constant of a photodiode internal capacity recharge. For decreasing this time constant one needs size restriction of separate section of the photodiode and association of several such sections on a crystal together with registration schemes.

  • Problems and perspectives of semiconductor nanoelectronics industry

    The development of semiconductor nanoelectronics industry in the world in terms of globalization is reviewed. The main roadmaps of information technologies development are outlined. The primary method for the costs reduction is the global harmonization of technical solutions (e.g., an international standardization system) which can be achieved through the creation of global alliances. These global alliances lead to partition sectors of the market and the exchange of technological advances and by promoting national programs of information technology development, combining the efforts of public and private sectors. The forecast of the possible development of Nan electronics industry in Russia is given.

  • Technological methods of increasing the Curie point of PZT piezoceramic phase

    It was investigated the influence several additives and process parameters on the properties of piezoelectric ceramics based on PZT phase systems. It was shown that the use of the substitution of Pb2+ ions on the Bi3+, and Ti4+ ions, and Zr4+ to Fe3+ and Mn4+, as well as the method of "chemical assembly «allows to obtain increase the Curie temperature of ceramic samples of 50 - 170°C. The theoretical aspects of this area of research have been discussed in this article.

  • Monitoring and modeling of group political perceptions of young people of Grozny (according to data early 2012)

    The paper presents the results of research level of perception a political order among students of Grozny (GGNI) at the beginning of 2012. The questioning method was used. In total 320 respondents were interviewed, and captured the age group from 17 years to 20 years. On national structure the group was almost uniform (95,9% - Chechens). The main purpose of questioning - the definition of the emotional component of the group political installation on the classical method of semantic differential Charles Osgood. A comparative analysis was carried out of the averaged semantic level of emotional portraits and making real political order. It is revealed, the image of an order is in the Republic 45% closer to positive "ideal" construct in comparison with image of an order in Russia as a whole. It is received, by the beginning of 2012 perception level considerably decreased to normal value (in comparison with "incredibly positive" 2011). Thus small excess of perception of a political order in the Republic remained.

  • Convergence of the method of theoretical modeling X-ray absorption spectra for Ru XANES L 2,3-edges in the density functional theory (DFT) crystals as an example [Ru (NH3) 6 3 +

    The results of analysis of computational aspects of the method of obtaining the XANES spectra for Ru L2 ,3-edges by integrating the dipole transition matrix elements involving DFT. The convergence of the numerical integration procedure for the parameters used in the earlier papers, crystals as an example [Ru (NH3) 6] 3 +. More specifically, it is proved that it is possible to use a small area of ​​integration and big enough step between points, which helps to minimize the requirements for computing power and offers the prospect of using this method for the simulation of the XANES spectra in coordinated ruthenium catalysts for splitting water research in the field of solar energy.
