Underground construction is gaining increasing relevance with the lack of free space on a construction site in dense urban areas. Geological conditions of the place at which it is planned to construct an object, make the task of erecting the underground part of the building is very difficult. However, the available construction technologies allow producing underground work in view of influencing factors. The availability and variety of ways to perform technological processes motivating the building organizations use sophisticated technologies develop. From what factors influenced the decision on the application of poluzakratoi technology is the subject of this article.
