The article presents the results of studies improve the reliability of technological processes of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary processing. The subject of research is the process of formation of process reliability finishing and strengthening centrifugal rotary processing (RF&S CRP) provides a rational combination of technological modes and characteristics of the work environment. The aim is to improve the efficiency and reliability of the processes of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary processing, taking into account factors regulated on the basis of the development of adequate theoretical models of complex processing. Sharpen the theoretical models of formation of indicators of the surface layer of machined parts: the extent and depth of hardening. A method for predicting the reliability of the analytical processes of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary process using the following indicators: the coefficient of dispersion instantaneous controlled parameter, coefficient of displacement controlled parameters and the accuracy of the safety factor of the process. It is found that the process RF&S CRP provides the required quality parameters of the workpiece surface during the processing within the tolerance values of a certain range of changing process conditions and characteristics.
