In article the factors influencing effective work the gidrofitsiorovannykh of systems and units of mobile cars, and in particular under the influence of various climatic factors are analyzed. Ways of protection against pollution and maintenance of temperature of working liquid in use of transport and technological mobile cars are described. The essence of the dispergating of working liquids applied to improvement of operational properties of working liquids reveals. The original design of a hydrodynamic dispergator which will allow to increase efficiency of cleaning and maintenance of temperature of working liquid in hydraulic systems of mobile cars is offered
