Questions of integration of innovative social technologies into system of regional government as process of commercialization of knowledge and their materialization in the economic, production, social technologies focused on effective use of social resources are considered. The special attention is paid not only to the characteristic of different types of social technologies, but also applied problems, objective and subject determinants of their realization.
