The possibilities of using volcanic tuff as an additive in pressed cement-mineral composites intended for road construction are studied. The influence of low-modulus mineral additives of trepel, granulated blast furnace slag and volcanic tuff on the physical and mechanical properties of hardened composites is studied. The rational compositions of the molding masses of the optimal structure of cement-mineral composites providing the improvement of physical and mechanical properties are determined.

A method for increasing the production efficiency of ultra-lightweight refractory products is proposed, by optimizing the technology for preparing foam, which allows to release the products from the forms immediately after they are installed for drying. The plastic-viscous characteristics and stability of the foam can be increased by its mineralization, i.e. by introducing fine mineral substances into the foam-forming solution

Studied the possibility of disposing of chromium waste galvanic production, their use in the manufacture of ceramic products and production of building materials based on hydraulic binders. The plasticizing effect of galvanizing is revealed and it is established that at use of slurries in the form of additives in concrete and solutions leads to decrease in consumption of cement at equal durability.

The main purpose of walls and mineral plaster, decorative finishing of external walls, but also to protect the walls from constant exposure to atmospheric agents. In addition to low water absorption exterior stucco needs to have adhesion to various bases, good vydyhaemoy and resistance to cracking. The most effective way to improve the properties of facade plasters is the introduction of hydrophobic redispersible powders which reduce the water absorption of plasters improve their adhesion to the substrate and water vapor permeability

A ceramic penomassy with the best performance ratio, durability, viscosity and the limiting shear stress, the optimum conditions of maximum air entrainment and further stabilization is obtained penomassy. On the multiplicity of Promass is strongly influenced by the composition of clay raw materials and water-solids ratio, there are optimal values of water relations for clay raw materials of various kinds, when the multiplicity penomassy has a maximum value.
