In modern conditions of managing the actual task is to study and substantiation of new forms and methods of realization of social policy, the relevant objective laws of market economy, as well as the identification of priority directions of social policy. Describes the concepts of social policy and social institutions, highlighted the priorities of the social policy. The article considers the quantitative indicators, which determine the effectiveness of the institutional environment, which is implemented by the social policy.
