The article deals with mathematical modeling of thin-film materials production, based on the solution of multi-criteria optimization problems by convolution criteria. The method of estimation of coefficients in linear convolution is presented. The mathematical model developed by the authors allows to calculate the maximum profit of the enterprise from the production of thin-film materials, taking into account the cost of their production.

This article discusses the additional environmental measures used in the construction industry to protect the environment. Currently, the necessary environmental requirements that must be met during the construction process are set out in legislative documents. However, there is a sufficient amount of environmental data that is being studied and can be used in the design and construction of facilities. According to the WHO, the limit values for fine dust PM2.5 and PM10 are set separately. The annual mean PM2.5 and PM10 should be 10 and 20 µg / m3, respectively, while the average value of 24 hours should not exceed 20 and 5 µg / m3, respectively. It is necessary to consider the main elements of the environmental assessment of projects for development of the additional measures to reduce the environmental load on the environment during construction works. In practice, during an environmental assessment performing , all these elements are present in the overall assessment system.
