The main problems in the construction of control systems on agricultural enterprises are reviewed. The modern markets require businesses, including the agricultural enterprises, to release new kinds of products, constantly deliver it and have high-quality services.Introduction of new products to agro-industries require attracting new investment, and this, in turn, highlihgts drawbacks of existing management systems and product distribution. Russian agricultural enterprises (in particular food and processing enterprises) lose in stiff competition to western companies. Improving management and product distribution systems of agricultural enterprises allows a significant economic effect at the lowest cost. Introducing elements of management technologies will reduce costs, and allow to develop action plans of individual departments and the company as a whole in a more clear and objective manner.
