Article is devoted to the Organization of educational process on discipline "theoretical bases of electrical engineering" at the Department of theoretical and general electrical engineering» NSTU. R.e. Alexeev. Methodology for teaching the TOE using information technologies developed and tested. Using Mathcad and Matlab package gives the best effect in teaching. The developed method of learning offers a direct use of information technologies in all organizational forms of education. The efficiency study of theoretical material is enhanced by the use of multimedia lectures on discipline. Mastering the techniques of mathematical modeling in computer mathematics package Mathcad environment occurs in practice. It is in the description of a mathematical algorithm of problem solving. Students describe the mathematical algorithm of problem solving.
Modelling of processes and objects by using the schema of replacement is a Matlab package and MULTISIM ANALOG DEVACES EDITION during laboratory work.

The proposed methodology of automated control organization of knowledge within the discipline described . Approaches to create a structure sets of tests to select the most appropriate forms of tests are described . Application of the test tasks open and closed forms justified. Most of web pages of the Web are inaccessible for the blind users. And the main reason is a lack of the semantics at the source code (technical) level of web pages and absence of the navigational components. In this work we propose a new web page representation---multiaxial navigation model---representing web documents in the form convinient for the blind users. Moreover, we present methodology for the navigation on the model proposed, that ensure an efficiency of user mobility. Automatic transformation of a web page into the multiaxial navigation model and navigation means are realized in the Blindzilla prototype. An efficiency of the proposed concepts is proven experimentally regarding contemporary screen readers, such as JAWS, Window-Eyes, and Fire Vox.

The article is devoted to the development of the new algorithm performance-training exercises on a computer simulator handling machine. The problem of training of operators handling machines, development of structure-aided training exercises for operators handling machines, the criteria for the exercise on a computer simulator handling machine, the calculation of the coefficient of absorption, using fuzzy logic, the algorithm of the exercise are discussed in the article. The article is devoted steps for the development technical support for crane operator training complex. An important component of technical support is a wireless terminals. Formulated a list of requirements for a wireless terminals: correct operation of the program crane simulator, reliability, compactness, wired and wireless communications to PC, flexible configuration, self-diagnostics, low price. Mobile Remote includes terminals and host. The host is connected to PC via USB interface, as USB HID device. Terminals transmits the information to a host by Bluetooth. Selected hardware base for the terminals and host (microcontrollers, wireless modules, batteries) and designed printed circuit boards. Investigations of the different batteries and the battery life time of terminals. The description of the design decisions, especially this development.
