The article examines the existing approaches to regulation and control of gas infrared heating in industrial premises. The analysis revealed that the conventional approach to the design and implementation of such systems leads to many drawbacks: cost overruns of energy, high wear of equipment from the constant on / off and a ""cold start"", etc. These shortcomings directly affect the monthly outgoings towards the creation of the thermal conditions in the room. As a result it was proposed at the design stage of the gas infrared heating systems to pay close attention to the regulation and control, namely, new approaches to the organization of the automation of gas infrared heating. Furthermore, the results of an experiment conducted on the real object.
