The methodological basis of the study constitute a universal method of knowledge, reflecting the dialectical relationship of theory and practice, as well as other proven methods of scientific research: the method of theoretical analysis of the sources of the problem, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, sociological, psychological and statistical methods (study and analysis of the content of the materials criminal cases and statistical data, questionnaires, survey). Results.
