The growing popularity of the use of group robotics, including swarm robotic systems (SRS), actualizes the issues of information security. Known approaches to detecting malicious behavior of agents or malicious information do not take into account the scalability and decentralization properties of SRS, which does not allow ensuring the integrity of information circulating through communication channels within SRS. In turn, the dissemination of malicious information in the process of distributing tasks between SRS agents initially reduces the efficiency of performing these tasks, that is, an attack is carried out on the very first and most critical stage of the system's functioning. The purpose of this work is to improve the efficiency of the functioning of SRS agents in the presence of malicious agents by developing a method for detecting and counteracting the spread of malicious information. The elements of scientific novelty of this work include the following. As part of solving the problem, a number of specific criteria are proposed that take into account the distribution of tasks in the SRS, as well as a classifier based on an artificial neural network to detect malicious information. To improve the accuracy of detection and counteracting the spread of malicious information in SRS, a modification of the reputation mechanism is proposed. A distinctive feature of the modification is not only the formation of an indicator of the truth of the message information in the process of task distribution, but also the assessment of the influence of malicious agents on the process of forming this indicator. The presented solution is implemented in the form of software in the Python programming language, which can be used in modeling decentralized control systems of SRS.

The article presents an assessment of the environmental costs of dust pollution in local construction. The environmental assessment of construction in the region should take into account the optimal conditions for preventing damage to all related areas of activity, both during construction and throughout the life cycle of the project. Under the damage caused to the environment by dust emissions from construction and other sources, we mean additional costs necessary to eliminate the consequences of atmospheric pollution. Losses in the cost and productivity of finished construction products are increasing very significantly due to the introduction of measures to protect the environment from dust emissions. These losses are especially noticeable in the production of earthwork, installation, and plastering works. The purpose of the study is to determine the cost of damage caused by dust pollution, develop and propose solutions to reduce this type of damage and associated environmental costs.

The article presents an analysis of the impact of fine dust particles on the health of builders, released during the production of construction processes and suggests measures to reduce it. A serious threat to the health of workers on the construction site and people living in the vicinity of it is represented by fine dust particles in a suspended state, both in themselves and in the total concentration of harmful air pollution near construction production. Analysis of the monitoring of suspended matter concentrations has shown that the ratio between the time of exposure to suspended dust particles in different concentrations directly affects the health of people. Air pollution in the work area negatively affects performance, causes diseases in workers, and can cause injuries due to reduced visibility. The organization of conditions corresponding to labor protection and safety, healthy environmental conditions on the construction site will ensure an increase in labor productivity by up to 12% and improve the quality of processes performed.

This article discusses the calculations of the feasibility study for the expansion of housing construction in the city of Taganrog. The choice and justification of the number of storeys, design scheme, space-planning solutions for new construction for the development of design solutions is based on natural and climatic, urban planning, social and economic factors that are specific to each specific territory. To implement effective design solutions in housing construction, it is necessary to consider options for both new construction and reconstruction of the existing housing stock of the city. Technical and economic calculations for the reconstruction of existing residential buildings include determining the effectiveness of the demolition of old existing buildings, construction of new facilities of various functions in the liberated territories, modernization of existing residential buildings and other measures to improve the quality of life of the population living in a particular city. Effective design solutions for the development of housing construction in Taganrog require an economic assessment of possible options, which must be worked out in the pre-project documents, such as a feasibility study of the construction of objects.

This article discusses the calculations of the feasibility study for the expansion of housing construction in Rostov-on-don. The main part of Rostov-on - don, where the vast majority of buildings are concentrated - the city center, residential areas, main production areas, special purpose facilities-are located on the high right Bank of the don. Active formation of new multifunctional planning areas of the city: North, West, North-East. Leventsovsky and Suvorovsky districts are under construction. For implementation of design decisions on development of housing construction in Rostov-on-don there is a need of an economic assessment of possible options that it is necessary to study in pre-project documents, such as the feasibility study of construction of objects.

This article discusses the development of measures for the protection of atmospheric air during the construction industry. Particular attention is paid to the development and implementation of MPE projects and their implementation in the construction process. Also an important factor for environmental protection, including atmospheric air is the calculation of the radius of action of the sanitary protection zone of each construction site, depending on the sources of pollution. Particular attention is paid to the allocation of fine dust on the construction site, as well as measures to reduce these emissions. The article presents the results of the implementation of certain technological and organizational measures to reduce the release of PM10 and PM2. 5 fine dust particles on one of the construction sites of Rostov-on-don.

In the article results of theoretical researches of the rotor scatterer of fertilizers are resulted. For elimination of adverse conditions shock interactings of particles of fertilizers with rotor vanes, possibility of application of curvilinear vanes is observed. The forces acting on a particle which moves on a curvilinear vane are justified. Schemes of act of forces and the scheme of interacting of particles of fertilizers with a curvilinear vane taking into account width of a torrent are presented. The transcendental equation numerical solution on a method the Runge-Kutty is resulted. The analysis of dependences of the kinematic operating modes of the scattering apparatus from design parametres of a curvilinear vane is carried out. The time of interacting of a particle of fertilizer with a surface of a vane taking into account its curvature and a slope is defined. Conclusions are drawn on possibility of lowering of crushing of particles of fertilizers at the expense of blow decrease in a normal direction.
