Presents materials of the reports presented at the section "Technologies of modeling socio-cultural interactions in multi-ethnic regions" international scientific conference of young scientists "Actual problems of modeling, designing and forecasting of social and political processes in multicultural space of modern society". The organizer of the specified partition conference was organized by the North-Caucasian scientific center of higher school and the Department of modeling of social processes of the southern Federal University. The materials reflect the results of research of young scientists, postgraduates and undergraduates, obtained with the use of various aspects of model-based approach.

The represented approach of dynamic process modeling is based on the technology of automatical semantic text analysis. An associative network is forming during text processing. Its key notions, including  lexical and psycholinguistic markers of the analyzed process, are ranked by theirs semantic weight. The weight being multiplied by marker status value at the scale of “good-bad” gives its contribution to the process stage characteristic. Transformation of the accumulated for all of the markers process characteristic from one period of time to another one is characterize a direction of the process.

In the article it is shown that the engineering professional abilities proved to be claimed, also, in the especially humanitarian divisions of the science: history, sociology, politologii, konfliktologii and other Which makes it possible to speak about the convergence of engineering methods and professional scopes of the specialists of humanitarian profile. Agent based model was developed. This model is showing processes of conflict, which is happening on the area of village Tarskoe. Conflict, which is called Osetino-Ingushskiy started in October 1992, and was not stabilized till today.

  Nowadays, a dramatic increase in the influence of events of the blogosphere onto the world's political and social processes is observed. We in Northern - Caucasian Scientific Center of High School have developed techniques of social media monitoring and modeling of the structure of the thematic blogosphere segment. During monitoring process the following attributes are under analysis: sense of text, types, complexity and set of features of objects, types of relations between the objects themselves, etc. - to obtain complete range of blogosphere users’ opinions on a particular theme. The structure of the politically active segment of the social network is modeled with the help of graph, using appropriate mathematical methods of analysis. With the help of the technique been developed research of the social media communications was carried out in the context of the State Duma elections.
