The topic of balancing on the brink is extremely relevant under present conditions of the real threat of nuclear war. A game-theoretic model is presented that describes the process of brinkmanship using the Caribbean crisis as an example. The results of research on such models and, accordingly, recommendations for decision makers depend significantly on the specific numerical values of the players' payoffs and the probabilities of certain events. Therefore, it is advisable to develop a software package that allows you to set different values of these parameters and conduct simulations for various control scenarios. The article proposes a program for implementing this approach.

This article suggests a mathematical apparatus for modeling quantitative indicators of social space and stratification. It describes formulas for calculating social status, radius and volume of power as characteristics of a separate social position and the magnitude of interaction between positions. The proposed formalization corresponds to the sociological theories of P.A. Sorokin and P. Bourdieu. It is offered to use simulation modeling to extend this approach to the regional level of analysis

The article uses the mathematical apparatus of the theory of linear-quadratic differential games, as well as the method of qualitatively representative scenarios to build a mathematical model of interaction between the university and its industrial partner. The analytical solution of the game (Nash equilibrium) is obtained and the numerical solution of the problem is demonstrated.

The paper considers the problem of personnel training. The first part describes a mathematical model that describes staff training through scheduling theory. The second part of the article describes a numerical solution using MS Excel and provides several examples of scheduling, the results obtained show how it is necessary to schedule classes to minimize teacher downtime. At the end of the work, practical conclusions and shortcomings of the model are described. This model allows you to reduce the time for scheduling teachers, thereby reducing the possible costs of the enterprise.

Differential game models of corruption in normal form and in the form of characteristic function in resource allocation are considered. The Nash equilibrium and Shapley value are found in the explicit form, ib the second case an imputation distribution procedure provididng the time consistency is described. Corruption in resource allocation is a very important socio-economic phenomenon which is well modeled by differential games. The time inconsistency means that the illegal collusion is not stable which has a big practical importance. The related work is discussed, an organizational-economic interpretation of the model is given.

A dynamic cooperative games formalization of the problem of concordance of interests of the social partnership agents the the system of continuing professional education is proposed. The setup based on the previously considered differential games in normal form. The time consistency problem and its sociological interpretation are discussed.

A game-theoretic dynamic model of social partnership in the system of continuing professional education is proposed and investigated in the simulation mode on the base of scenario method. The processing of modeling data includes a comparative analysis of state variable and payoff functionals. Results of the model identification and investigation based on simulation modeling are considered. A comparative analysis of egoistic and cooperative approaches to the social partnership is conducted.

An original mathematical model describing different activities of actors in the vertical marketing system is presented. They are a provider, a agent, a trading enterprise are presented as a controlling subjects. The model is based on the game-theoretical and hierarchical approach. An equilibrium of Germeyer G1 game in terms of sustainable development is established. The method of impulsion is used as a method of hierarchical control to solve this model. The main system operation laws based on numerical experiments are presented.

Work represents research of structure of group installations in relation to a political order. The studied audience - politically active part of the population of the Rostov region. Measurement is carried out using questionnaires. The survey involved 402 respondents. Age from 19 to 73 years. It is measured an activity relation to the political life of society, there is assessment of relations to the political authority, the current political situation and the level of relative deprivation. It is received, among the interrogated group there are pro-government moods, with support of work in the government, for the purpose of support to the existing regime – 44,8%. It is revealed, the majority of respondents have a negative attitude to the protest actions. Thus the increased level of an emotional involvement and participation in political processes is observed.

The work is aimed at studying the relationship of young people to the political sphere of society. Research was carried out the end of 2013 using questionnaires. In the survey of 185 people attended. There is a low level of participation in the political process, and the average level of emotional involvement. It is received, the low level of political activity of young people: weak electoral activity and indifference to social movements. Assessment of the political situation on the value of the average in the Region - 2.39 and Russia - 2.04.

The article examines the cognitive and behavioral components of group attitudes toward political order of students of DGTU. Pilot study took place in 2013 and was carried out using questionnaires, which was attended by 52 people. The analysis represents a hierarchical clustering on the basis of consecutive factorization. It is received, group level of a relative deprivation – 0,46. In assessing deprivation group decomposed into two subgroups, with average values in each - 0.3 and 0.6. Perceptions of political order at the cognitive level: -0,174 for local government and-0,139 for Russia. In perception of local government the group broke into two subgroups: -0,3 and 0,2. Behavioral component perception of political order defined by two subfactor: active behavioral level - 0.39, and the estimated level of oppositional behavior - 0.57.
