The paper presents an analysis of the processes of formation and processing of vegetable waste. An assessment is given to the existing ways of processing woodworking wastes and their inefficiency is justified. A new kind of resource and energy-saving grinding set of disk mills is proposed. On the basis of the analysis of the results of experimental research, the effectiveness of the use of the proposed method for the production of wood fiber is substantiated.

the paper presents the analysis of volumes of waste wood processing industries in the form of sawdust and considers modern directions of their use. It justifies the rationality of production of fibreboard by using a semifinished product obtained from sawdust. The mathematical description of the process of production of wood-fiber plates with the addition of a semifinished product obtained from sawdust as the total weight, thus establishing the quantitative relationship of studied process parameters physico-mechanical parameters of the finished plate.

In accordance with the theory of mathematical and statistical modeling, evaluation studies, selected the main characteristics of the models describing the studied production process of fiberboard using different types of binders. In accordance with the developed plan of the selected controlled studies, uncontrolled and controlled factors of the process under study. The levels, steps, and intervals of variation of the studied factors. As a method of obtaining the mathematical dependencies of the quality indicators of fibreboard from the kind of used binder was enacted active single-factor experiment. The results of the studies conducted statistical analysis of the dependence of physical-mechanical characteristics of the performance of the finished plate thickness fibreboard manufactured by wet and dry methods, interpretation of research results, quantitative and qualitative relationships between the studied parameters.

The importance of Tuapse Oil Refinery for Krasnodar territory and the town of Tuapse, the history of it's development and modernization is cousidered. A part of reconstrustion was performed in 1960s. wich made it possible to increase production of A-92 and AI-80 petrol brands. In 2008-2013 the Russian Petroleum Company "NC-Rosneft" invested 117 mld riubles in the modernization of the plant. to increase it capacity from 32,2 mln barrels to 88 mln barrels a year. Modernized Refinery will produce automobile fuel of "Euro-4" and "Euro-5" class. For this purpouse KY-1, LOY-ABT-12 installatious, hydrocracking, catalic reforming equipment was perfomed. The increase of the capacity demands ноу штскуфыу ща oil tanks quantify. Recoustruction of Oil Refinery demanded the development of transport infrastructure: building of 4 railway tracks with freight facilities, a new bridge over the Tuapse river, a moorage for filling in large-tonn tankers and a deadweight up to 100 thousand tonns.

The aim of this work was to conduct monitoring and make a regression model of the microbiological air pollution in Volgograd near highways. The work carried out monitoring of microbial air pollution in the residential district of Volgograd near two major highways - first and second longitudinal lines. On the first phase of research the microbial monitoring of air pollution in the residential district of Volgograd was conducted, depending on the proximity to the highway. Number of microbial cells (MC) was evaluated by sedimentation. The assumption is made about the nature of the regression relationship between microbial air pollution and the distance from the highway. Approximating functions and regression coefficients are constructed for the first portion of the longitudinal line at different levels of traffic road. Function is obtained, which allows to calculate the value of microbial contamination of the air, depending on the distance to the road and number of vehicles. In the case of high levels of the microbiological monitoring of the basin air it’s necessary to carry out measures to reduce microbial contamination of the air, for example, regular watering roads, tree planting, vegetative barriers adsorbing pollutants, chemical treatment of disinfectants. The calculation of microbial contamination of the air near a residential building located at a distance of 10 meters from the highway in the central region of Volgograd is conducted using proposed in function prediction of microbial contamination. The developed technique allows us to make calculations without setting up experiments in a specialized microbiology laboratory.

The flight scheduling process is briefly described in the article. It is one of the most important stages of space flight control task solution. Three stages of flight scheduling are given: strategic, tactical and executive. The result of each scheduling phase is presented by special plan type: on-orbit operation summary, weekly lookahead plan, short-term plan. The difference of these plan types is in planning interval and data processing depth. The mathematical modeling of all required data and restrictions is made. A crew downtime minimization is the selected optimization criterion. Modified genetic algorithm for decision of assigned task is designed. To solve the traffic problems , namely the coordination of the movement of transport modes have been developed micro-and macro-modeling programs that predict traffic situations , to choose the most appropriate solutions for specific problems by using real data and statistics. The emergence of intelligent transportation systems, traffic simulation pushed to the fact that it has become one of the most used methods for studying the traffic flow, allowing to plan and predict the situation on the roads. The possibilities offered by the modeling of traffic flows , helping to simulate the situation on the roads, and it becomes a unique tool for understanding the complexity of transport systems. For precise work of model needs an indicator such as the time of the trip. Travel time - the time it takes to travel from one point to another , consisting of travel time and the stop time of the vehicle.
