In this article we consider technique of determination of degree of homogeneity of heterogeneous mixtures by using tool contactless method. This method uses optoleptical information of mixture surface. This method can be used in automatic control systems. An optoleptical information may be obtained using standard devices of photosensitive scanning. The value of entropy of otptoleptical information is used to estimate the degree of mixture homogenization. Operations of component mixing are widely used in technological processes. The degree of homogenization of mixture is the one of quality indicators of mixing process. The degree of homogenization is usually determined by laboratory method, which requires additional time for analysis. The degree of homogenization can also be determined by using the senses. In this case, the results of determination depends on the experience of the expert. In this article we looked at an example for the paint industry. The method can be applied to a wide range of heterogeneous composition.

This paper proposes a method of determining harmfulness of pollutants resulting from the operation of boiler equipment, discusses how the use of heat energy waste resulting from the operation of thermal plants boilers, as heating of the coolant. Abstract: the Article is devoted to the problem of waste production during construction, operation and liquidation of coal mines of Russia. This work suggests that waste recycling technologies, including for reception of energy based on the modeling and system analysis of the biocenosis. The possibility of realization of innovative methods of processing plethodon using the biocenosis. Quite detailed questions transformation of industrial waste into energy through anaerobic bioconversion. As part of a description of the proposed methodology presents the results of field experiments and action program of recycling of materials at the stage of commercial operation. In particular it justifies the optimization of processing technology on the basis of the selection of the most active biocenosis of microorganisms. Theoretical developments are confirmed by practical data.

Recent advances in chemistry and technology of nonisocyanate polyurethane (NIPU) materials based on cyclic carbonate oligomers are reviewed in this paper. Reaction of the cyclic carbonate and amino groups results in β-hydroxyurethane fragments with specific properties. Primary attention is given to the hybrid materials that contain epoxy and acrylic compounds, especially materials based on renewable raw materials. Hybrid organic composites comprising of silanes are also considered. An overview of the recent publications in this field is provided with a more detailed description of achievements by the authors and their corporate employees. The use of NIPU materials as coatings, adhesives, and foams is described.

The authors, based on the study of historical materials, analysis of architectural solutions constructed buildings, as well as the design of local architects, associate a symbol, Nalchik - a Shoe with his name. On the basis of various examples show the use of the symbol of the city - horseshoe as an architectural element (image) buildings and structures (entry sign, in Nalchik, the architect W. H. Carter; project stables Nalchik Hippodrome, architect W. L. Aliev; the reconstruction project of the shopping center "Nalchik", architects design Studio "KabBalktelecom"; project Newsstand, in Nalchik, the architect W. L. Eliev).
