Reviews the basic content of the service for military purposes, as a separate type of services aimed at ensuring the military security of the state and playing a considerable role in both the military and civilian sectors of the economy. Based on the analysis of normative-legal documents of the Federal level proposed a definition of the services of military purpose. Classification of defense articles, defense services rendered under the state defense order in accordance with the modern paradigm of marketing services. During the study concluded that the set of services of military purpose has all the characteristics of services, which will continue to develop organizational and economic mechanisms of maintenance of innovative development of services in the field of military security.

"The aim of this work - analysis of mechanisms of formation of various types of sales management systems, which are used by the Russian entrepreneurial companies. In carrying out this study tested the accuracy of the following hypotheses:
Hypothesis 1: Managers and owners of business enterprises of small and medium-sized understand the critical importance of effective functioning of the sales department of the company to achieve market success.
Hypothesis 2: Managers and owners of business enterprises of small and medium-sized most significant function of sales management consider the function of monitoring the activities of sales personnel.
Hypothesis 3: Managers and owners of small entrepreneurial companies and medium size often organize sales management functions on the basis of the existing market and examples of their experience.
Hypothesis 4: Managers and owners of business enterprises of small and medium-sized believe that one of the main goals of training sessions held in - getting sales staff about how he should conduct their work in the market." ​

The article is devoted to the problem of the identification of the Black Sea – Caspian region as a special segment of the World Space in the postbypolar system. The Great Limitrophe conception developed by V.L. Tsymbursky and S.V. Khatuntsev is used as «the structural frame» for understanding modern peculiarities of this region. The author outlines two aspects of its identification: geopolitical and geocivilozational. He also introduces the key concept «limitroph territory» adapting it to the specific region. The key concept involves two other concepts – «shatterbelt» and «(inter)civilizational split zone». The article contains brand new facts on the Black Sea – Caspian region problem.

The influence of attendant anions on the transformation of zinc compounds in the soil was studied in a model experiment. The differences in the number of mobile forms of recoverable zinc in the soil, depending on its dose and form of addition were defined. Influence of associated anions on the content of metals mobile forms in the soil decreases in the order: PO42¯≈ Cl¯ > NO3¯ > SO42¯> СН3СОО¯> О¯. Transformation of zinc compounds during 2-year period after the receipt of the metal in the soil has been studied.  There is no soil stabilization in ratio form for two years studying, indicating the low speeds transformation of metal compounds with soil components. Transformation of Zn in soil depends on the attendant anion, metal concentration in soil and time interaction with the solid phase of soils. The transformation process of metal adsorbed the soil goes toward to decrease of Zn mobility.

In the article the author examines factors and reasons causing the problem of strengthening the power asymmetry as a result of market expansion of trading networks, which is identified by the author as a system empirical trend in the market determining structurization of its organizational field.
Evaluating the high potential of development of format trade in the Russian market, the author concludes that the rapid expansion of trading networks creates enormous pressure on the manufacturing business: increasing potential difference is transforming into asymmetry of market power of network retail trade and production companies that stimulates the process of their extremely non-equilibrium strategic positioning in the system of goods supply in the domestic market of the country.
The author comes to the conclusion that the potential of building mutually beneficial strategic partnership relations between manufacturers and trading networks is today relatively restricted by reason of dominant position of networks in the system of goods circulation in the consumer market. Formation of economically effective and strategically balanced partnership alliance of networks and suppliers occurs predominantly only with medium-sized and large manufacturing FMCG companies which have sufficient level of technological capacity and resources which allow them to produce quality high-tech production adequate positioning of which automatically creates in the market powerful production brand.

The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of the applied traditional sand-salt mixture on the base of chloride natrium and sand and new icestorm composition on the basis of natural minerals: chloride magnesium (bischofite) and glauconite. Advantages of application of the ecological composition are educed on the objects of travelling economy on ecological, sanitary-epidemiology and technical indexes. The reagent on the basis of natural materials will promote safety of travelling motion.

"Application of solar energy in supplying various infrastructure units is urgent these days. Traditionally these were the centralized urban heating systems, which were used for heating buildings. The suggested heating system is composed of solar collectors with a total area of 44.16 m2 and with a volume flow of hot water to the consumer of 1.5 m3/h. Computer-aided heating circuit consists of traditional circuits, composed of solar collectors, circulation pump and a lamellar heat exchanger. Additionally, the scheme is extended by a fixed temperature water tank and a circuit, which interfaces the heating systems. They will be in their turn separated by a heat exchanger. The equipment also provides an opportunity of organizing a reverse pairing with the heating systems to return the excess heat into the network. This scheme has several modes of operation. In the conditions of nighttime, cloudy afternoon, light fog or smog water heating is provided by a central source. If during daytime, while being heated directly by the sun the water gets overheated the overheated water discharge mode is switched on automatically to discharge excess heat to a central heating system. The scheme provides for a “solar connectors and central source of heat parallel operation mode” to maintain the desired temperature, for example in the morning. According to the results of observations the share of water heating due to the solar collectors in summer is on average about 75%. Shared usage of central source of heat and solar collectors allows to efficiently use the available energy resources."

The theoretical justification for the planning of the information supporting of the development strategy system through the treatment of the parameters of the environment, strategic indicators and areas of strategic decisions interaction is held. Using the principle of activity continuation is considered from the point of view of the forming of the system of accounting, control and analytical supporting for the processes of strategic management, development, implementation and adjustment of the development strategy, evaluation of its performance. Attention is given to the working out and using in strategic accounting, control, analysis and forecasting of derivative balance sheets system. We consider the nature, value and structure of strategic derivative balance sheets, their possible use in information supporting of the company's development strategy.
