The article investigates the impact on the normal stresses of inequality of the young modulus for tension and compression in the bending of reinforced beams. Obtained formulas for determination of the bending moments that arise in the fixture, compressed and stretched zone of the aggregate. Found the formula for the normal stresses arbitrarily supported reinforced beams, arbitrary cross section and arbitrarily loaded bending loads. For example, reinforced beams of rectangular cross-section shows the determination of the neutral line and maximum stresses.

The algorithm of calculation of embedded foundation with combined use of a method of boundary elements and method of finite elements is considered. The calculation example of embedded foundation lying on a layered half space is resulted. Distributions of displacements under the base depending on frequency of influence and a combination of physical parameters of elastic layers and elastic half space are analyzed.

Requirements for methods of diagnosing design increases - they should make it possible to fully assess the performance of buildings, as well as being simple and mobile, to be used during the construction, operation, maintenance and reconstruction. This work is devoted to the realization of experimental and theoretical methods for vibration monitoring of structures and the analysis of the results. The objects of study are the reinforced concrete beams and slabs, and the subject of the study - the methods of vibration diagnostics, the principle of which is to detect changes in the construction of the main dynamic characteristics. Research has shown that damage to the structure can be detected by the methods considered, using a relatively small number of monitoring points and subject to change only the fundamental mode of vibration.

The main influence factors on the long-term cracking resistance of asphaltic concrete pavement reviewed in the article. There is offered the indicator of long-term cracking resistance and calculating experimental method of minimum quantity defining of cycles of asphaltic concrete stressing till crack formation in compliance with climatic conditions and traffic load. The results of the comparative analysis of long-term cracking resistance of different asphalt concrete are advised.

Considered sharing FEM and BEM for the calculation of the dynamic behavior of the surface structures on the basis of a multilayer. To implement the BEM in calculating base proposed analytical method is effective for an arbitrary number of layers and the relations of their parameters. Given system approximating functions in the interface methods and proposed numerical integration formulas on the mating elements.
