Criteria and approaches to the new business choosing for investing and developing being used by contemporary Russian specialists are discussed in the paper. Advantages and shortcomings of different approaches being used in practical management are analyzed. The purpose of research, which are given in the article, is detailed analysis of the existent state of complex of the long workings and development perspective underground mining of Private stock company Pavlogradugol', estimation of total expenses on construction and maintenance of working taking into account repairs, estimation of condition complexity for the development of coal seams on the mines of Western Donbass. Methodical basis of the carried out complex researches is as follows: an analysis and generalization of literary sources and positive experience of maintenance of workings in difficult conditions; methods of mine visual inspections; methods of statistical, valuation, and analytical evaluation of the data on the state of the extended working and complexity of the conditions of development; a comparative analysis of the results achieved. The results of researches are as follows: generalized indexes of workovers on the mines of production amalgamation and separate groups of working; selected group of mines, referred to the category of “large” depth of development; dependence of the length of the workings of the unsatisfactory state on the development condition indicator, obtained from the results of analytical calculations; ways of increasing the stability of extended mine workings of Private stock company DTEK Pavlogradugol'. The got dependences allow determining possible expenses on repair and maintenance of workings in the operating state on the stage of planning. Effective for the examined mining and geological conditions the ways of improvement of support and methods of increase the stability of the long workings are grounded.

The article describes the research of thermodurability of glass-carbon - one of the most promising carbon materials used in the production of luminophors and semiconductor materials, optical single crystals, etc. The aim of this work was to study the behavior glass-carbon in the course of thermo-cyclic testing. As a method of diagnostics of the birth and development of micro-cracks was used by the reception of signals of acoustic emission. It is shown that at heating in the samples glass-carbon there was a strong movement of dislocations in thermocyclic effects ,recognized in the signals of acoustic emission. As the number of pulses when heated above, than during the cooling of the sample, it is evidence of the accumulation of damages in the structure of the cyclic thermal processing glass-carbon samples. It is established, that the curves of the accumulation of defects at the pulses of acoustic emission, differ on the stage of heating and cooling. Proposed to use the curve of the aggregate accounts of acoustic emission pulses as a possible harbinger of destruction when heated glass-carbon of the product.

The article is devoted to mathematical modeling of high frequency electrothermic of thermoplastics in relation to a technological system in the form of the component plate, including electrodes, insulators, the processed material, and the study of the influence of termoisolation on heating of the thermoplastic. In the article the mathematical model in the form of a system of nonstationary heat transfer in considering the internal heat sources with different boundary conditions and delivers its software.
The software provided in article enables to study the influence of geometrical and electrophysical parameters of technological systems of high-frequency heating of the thermoplastic. In this article the results of research of influence of termoisolation on the nature of the heating of the thermoplastic. Based on the calculations presented in numerical and graphic kind, identified the following areas of heating polymer: uniform heating, regional zones of thermal influence of insulators. Heat-affected zone is characterized by depth and temperature of the contacting surfaces. The thickness increase of insulators over a certain value does not change the zone of thermal influence of insulators, which allows to speak about effective from the energy point of view of the thickness of the insulator, the excess of which increase energy consumption, time of heating of the polymer.
Conclusion is made according to result of the study about the necessity of the presence and settings termoisolations when building technological processes electrothermic of polymers. The developed software allows a new approach to the study of the RF heating, ensuring minimal energy consumption while ensuring uniform heating details.

In this work the algorithm for compression and access to compressed voxel data in process of landscape modelling is proposed, which will significantly decrease memory requirements. This algorithm is designed to ease the development of vast voxel landscapes in computer simulations and games. The experimental studies has shown significant gain of voxel model memory efficiency. The aim of this algorithm is to be able to cooperate with surface extraction tools.

The paper describes a method to build Jerah krietriev for solving decision making in the management of complex multivariable systems based on functional decomposition . The result of functional decomposition takes the form of an ontology -based posnroennoy deskriptinvyh logic to build a hierarchy of concepts. The advantage of this method is the ability to use it for semi-structured systems. The result of the ontological analysis of the functional structure of the system is the taxonomy, including a description of the processes , organizational structures, and indicators of quality of running processes . When referring to this ontology by using the proposed request is generated hierarchy of indicators , based on the processing of values is carried out and decisions .

The article is concerned with problems of modern electrohydraulic converters control systems used to adjust wicket gate of Kaplan turbine. Linearized model of wicket gate servomotor is considered. Algorithm for online identification of parameters of servomotor is considered. Algorithm is based on recurrent least squares method. Algorithm for adaptive PI-regulator tunning is based on online optimization of functional of generalised work (FGW). Model experiments using real data show reducing maximum control error of servomotor position from 20 % to 1 %. Also methods for servomotor state diagnostic are considered.

"Dynamic mode of heat exchangers is typical for a number of technological thermal plants , as well as air-heating systems , ventilation, and air conditioning. Technologically predetermined control algorithm operating mode heat exchangers in practice implemented by means of manual or automatic adjustment in one or more control parameters . Obviously, the most efficient in the energy and technically and economically dynamic mode control algorithm of the heat exchanger can be detected only in the form of a review of the relevant mathematical model. In this paper we consider a mathematical model of the dynamic operation of the system of heat exchangers with natural air circulation . As input parameters are considered the temperature of hot and cold air streams. Modeled by changing the inputs are heat exchangers and the extent to which these changes will not affect the operation of the entire system. In order to keep the temperature at the i- MOT has not changed , the coefficient of variation should tend to zero , since all the other quantities are limited by technical parameters of the system . By changing the values of the input parameters is analyzed mass flow of hot flow limits are changing the output parameters of the preceding heat exchangers that will not change the entire system ."
