In this paper, a new simple and accurate hybrid table/analytical model of the MOSFET drain current based on the interpolation of table parameters is proposed. This new hybrid table model has an accuracy similar to the pure table models but requires no complex parameter extraction. The drain current in the hybrid model is calculated as the product of the analytical model current and the correction factor approximated by two-dimensional series.

One of the problems when storing large amounts of data is a rational choice of media. In this paper we evaluated the possibility of using magnetic tape, CD, DVD, Blu-ray discs, hard disk drives, drives to flash memory (SSD) for storage of large volumes of data with respect to reliability, performance,.cost and high-speed storage. The analysis showed that solid state drives can be used in case of the need for ultra-fast access to live data. The hard disk drive can be used as primary storage devices for storing operational data. DVD and Blu-ray library can be used for archival storage medium volumes (tens of terabytes). Tape libraries can be used to store very large volumes of data (terabytes or more). The lowest cost of storing 1 GB of data is $ 0.03 when you use tape libraries. The most expensive storage 1 GB solid state drive ($ 0.85).

The article is about generators of random numbers (GPN) constructed on points of an elliptic curve and algorithms of development irreducible polynomials over prime fields. It describes their advantages and main features. The authors analyzes the algorithm of development GPN constructed on points of an elliptic curve with using irreducible polynomials of degree three over finite fields. In this approach, calculations were made in the system of residual classes. According to the results of computer simulation shows the advantages of algorithm in speed and security of a cryptosystem.

This paper describes application of different criteria for estimating parameters of traffic simulation. For comparison following methods were used: statistical methods for comparison of a flow and speed in control points of a network - analysis of variance (ANOVA), Theil's U-statistics; relationships between flow, density and speed; relationships between trip time and stop time with using two-fluid models of traffic flow. For this aim we also used concept of meta-model. In order to implement this method we need on the first step to create separately relationship between traffic flow parameters for observation and simulation data and then to estimate combined model. It is presented in article that the technique of determination of stochastic similarity of functioning of one of subsystems of the intensified hydrothermal treatment - moistening of details of top of footwear. According to the offered technique there were received to be expressions for determination of output parameter of process "moistening" - the module of elasticity of skin and relative deviations of characteristics the subsystems proving similarity functioning of considered subsystems in stochastic sense. According to the offered technique expressions for determination of output parameter of a subsystem of "moistening" - the module of elasticity of skin and relative deviations of independent parameters of process of the vacuum and sorption moistening, providing with the possibility of forecasting of the minimum duration of processing were received.

The resolving equations for the calculation of the stability of polymer compressed rods with the creep using Galerkin method are obtained. The problem is solved in the case of a simply supported pivotally-rod having an initial bending in the plane of the lower stiffness, and in the case of off-center application of force. Galerkin method used in combination with the finite element method, that is the shape functions are taken as the basis functions . The solution is made numerically, using the software package Matlab. There are two variants considered: a variant of the rod with constant and variable in length stiffness. It is shown that for rods with variable cross-sections and the same mass, a critical time has increased by almost 4.5 times. The solution for the rods of constant cross section agrees well with the solutions obtained by the method of finite differences. This may indicate the reliability of the proposed method

The spectra of thermally stimulated conduction currents (TSCC) in (TmBi)3(FeGa)5O12:Ca2+ ferrite-garnet films have been investigated with the purpose to reveal electrically active centres. The samples were fabricated by liquid phase epitaxy (LPE) from melt solution on the Gd3Ga5O12substrates with the crystallographic orientation (111) with the use of Bi-containing flux (without Pb). Increasing the concentration of Ca2+ions in the films were realised by increasing the concentration of CaO in the melt solution. The obtained films contained Ca2+ ions from 0,03 f.u to 0,1 f.u. With the help of standard thermoactivation current spectroscopy the spectra of the initial samples and samples subjected to ultraviolet radiation and negative corona discharge were obtained. The characteristic parameters of electrically active defects were calculated.
