  • Solution of one-criterion optimization problem of crew actions scheduling on Russian segment of International space station

The flight scheduling process is briefly described in the article. It is one of the most important stages of space flight control task solution. Three stages of flight scheduling are given: strategic, tactical and executive. The result of each scheduling phase is presented by special plan type: on-orbit operation summary, weekly lookahead plan, short-term plan. The difference of these plan types is in planning interval and data processing depth. The mathematical modeling of all required data and restrictions is made. A crew downtime minimization is the selected optimization criterion. Modified genetic algorithm for decision of assigned task is designed. The future tasks regarding crew activities scheduling process optimization are defined

  • Structure analysis of carbon nanotubes by electron microscopy and electron diffraction

In this work we have investigated the structure of individual single-walled and multi-walled carbon nanotubes by high-resolution electron microscopy and electron diffraction. To grow carbon nanotubes we used a catalytic chemical vapor deposition method. It was shown, that this synthesis protocol gave in general single-walled and double-walled carbon nanotubes with a high level of crystallinity. The diameters of the nanotubes were in the range 1.5 - 7 nm. We also observed that there was a certain level of amorphous carbon deposited on the nanotube surface during the growth. In this work we also present the structure analysis of the double-walled carbon nanotube by means of electron diffraction. We show that the structural date derived from electron microscopy and electron diffraction agree within the experimental error.

  • Stability of the ordinary chernozem to the combined contamination with lead and the electromagnetic field

The article discusses the stability of the chernozem biological properties in the combined pollution of lead and an alternating magnetic field. Soil parameters such as the activity of catalase and dehydrogenase, soil biomass, soil phytotoxicity are considered. The main contribution to the change in the biological properties of the soil in the combined pollution by lead and an alternating magnetic field makes lead pollution. The contamination alternating magnetic field with a high level of induction (3000 mkTl) over only reduces the amount of lead pollution of soil biomass, but increases the activity of soil enzymes. At a lower level of induction (300-1500 mkTl) with combined pollution increases the activity of enzymes and biomass is virtually identical to the activity only if contaminated with lead. Phytotoxicity indicators of soil pollution with lead and an alternating magnetic field induction of 300 mkTl did not differ from those of soil contamination only lead, but with an increase in the level of induction to the 1500-3000 mkTl phytotoxicity indicators declined in comparison with the lead pollution at 18-27%.

  • Experimental research of silicon detector current pulse processing electronic module

Measurement results of basic characteristics of electronic module based on two specialized analog integrated circuits depending on different square area silicon detectors using source of 239Pu alpha particles is given. Processing of current pulses typically consists to convert them into a voltage by charge sensitive amplifiers and reduce noise by bandpass filters. Earlier for work with avalanche photodiode we have developed, constructed and tested two electronic modules "CRP-MDL-1" and "CRP-MDL-2". During the measurements was investigated spectrometric channel response on exposure to ionizing radiation from a source of alpha particles 239Pu and test input signals, thus we determined basic technical characteristics including energy resolution and noise characteristics. As a result, research found, that the output signal has the following timings: rise time - 1 us (levels of 0.1-0.9), peak time - 1.4 us, fall time - 1.8 us pulse width - 3.5 us. The conversion factor of module working with silicon detector (area of 1000 mm2 and a capacity 500 pF) consists about 10.6 mV / fC, or 0.47 V / MeV. Integral nonlinearity of spectrometer path is not worse 0.4% in the range from about 0.1 to 3.2 V. The energy resolution was 89.1 keV line of 5157 keV. The experimental studies revealed that using an external low-noise transistors developed module can be used in the construction of standard radiometric paths. It is appropriate to use the developed design-circuit solutions for implementing 4-channel chip for multi-channel radiometric and spectrometric systems.
