Physical education at the present stage of world development of society takes the form of a social phenomenon, is to strengthen the role of sport in the lives of everyone. Variety of sports meets a wide range of specially adapted facilities. The problem of technical modernization, stadium reconstruction and development as a multi-functional sports facilities (IVS). Profitability maintained and advanced facilities can be improved by putting into practice the principles of design of architectural form and structural theoretical model of the spatial organization of the IVS.

A method for the formation of spatial configurations in the form of semiregular polyhedra is described. The algorithm of geometrical calculation allowing to determine the coordinates of nodes of constructive networks of polyhedral hemispherical domes, edge lengths, and the size of triangular faces is given. Spatial configurations in the form of 20-, 80-, 320-, and 1280-grannikov were obtained. The results are illustrated by two projections of the above-mentioned polyhedra. Geometrical schemes of sectorial parts of hemispherical domes on cutting of 320- and 1280-grannikov with designation of typical units and triangular panels are given.

The paper is devoted with the analysis of sources and volumes of oil components’ input into the Black sea. The topicality of this problem is connected with of transboundary the status of water object that contributes to the complexity of such works. Black Sea has important significance for transport and development in the coastal zone of the oil complex, combined with a great recreational potential. As a result, ecosystems are technogenic impact. The paper describes the main natural and anthropogenic sources of oil components in the Black Sea. On the basis of the results of our expeditionary research and analysis of sources of pollutant concluded chronic character oil pollution of the Black Sea. And the conclusion that the most optimistic estimates, entrance of oil components in the ecosystem in the Black Sea is approximately 270 thousand tons per year, which is higher than the currently accepted values of 2−2.5 times.

The method of digital parametric measurement of the phase shift of signals with slowly varying amplitudes of the same slowly varying instantaneous frequencies was proposed. The numerical simulations and experiments on the developed hardware and software system were carried out. The error of measurement the phase difference of harmonic signals in the experiments were not more than 0,00001 radian. The method can be used in applications where the measured value is expressed in terms of the phase difference of quasi-harmonic signals.
