Recent advances in chemistry and technology of nonisocyanate polyurethane (NIPU) materials based on cyclic carbonate oligomers are reviewed in this paper. Reaction of the cyclic carbonate and amino groups results in β-hydroxyurethane fragments with specific properties. Primary attention is given to the hybrid materials that contain epoxy and acrylic compounds, especially materials based on renewable raw materials. Hybrid organic composites comprising of silanes are also considered. An overview of the recent publications in this field is provided with a more detailed description of achievements by the authors and their corporate employees. The use of NIPU materials as coatings, adhesives, and foams is described.

The place and the role of bioethics in the system of social relations and interactions are shown in article. The bioethics as the formed social institute creates social mechanisms of ethical control of rapidly developing biotechnologies. Its syncretic and multilevel character gives the chance of "maneuver" in development of moral positions and adoptions of moral decisions not only in difficult situations of application of biomedical technologies, but also in certain sociocultural, medical contexts. The author comes to the conclusion that from the point of view of the social relations and interactions the bioethics corrects tension in relationship of science and society, axiological mechanisms of regulation of this tension, ethical mechanisms of realization of medical practice, defining the borders of a moral choice and moral responsibility, it acts as social control of modern scientific knowledge.

The work is devoted to the synthesis of a linear acceleration sensor with two axes of sensitivity behavioral model based on the mathematical model of this device in the differential equations form using MatLab software package Simulink environment. The results of the dynamics simulation of the synthesized behavioral sensor model in the form of transient and spectral analysis of the system reaction are shown. The main idea of analysis is to study the frequency parameters and damping properties of the object. The experiment has identified high quality factor of the oscillatory system, due to small damping, it is reflected by the slow decay of transient and pronounced resonances.

The article emphasizes that every year the number of disasters and accidents is not reduced. Accidents and disasters killed a significant number of people. In order to reduce the deaths of many people and arrival in the emergency zone emergency rescue units as quickly as possible it is necessary to calculate the maximum possible path entrance to the emergency area. This should be done not only just the calculation of distances, but also to be taken into account dynamically changing environment in the emergency area. In accordance with this article proposed a modified method Hakimi, which will allow to solve this problem quickly and at lower cost.

The issues of spatial orientation and navigation in the environment of large university complexes. The article focuses on the brief analysis of existing measuring devices of parameters of shock-wave processes include, in particular, electrical discharge in condensed medium. Conversion coefficients for calculation of amplitude of pressure of a shock-acoustic wave were found by means of mathematical modeling of the physical process happening in the piezoceramic pressure transducer when pulse mechanical loading influences on it on the assumption of absolute sharp border. The results of the calibration of the linear module of piezoceramic pressure transducers in the transmission condensed medium in the blasting chamber using a drop weight method are described.
