In the framework of the given article shall be considered a negative impact on microorganisms of ions of zinc, copper and Nickel concentrations in the incoming wastewater to the wastewater treatment facilities of the cities of the Lower Volga region is unacceptably high, which inevitably reduces the quality of the purified water at the indicated metals exceeding the output after biological treatment is more than 30 times). Further, in the proposed article, we describe the results of studies aimed at disposal and treatment of waste activated sludge. The first attempt to use the resulting after biological purification of waste as a secondary raw material for the adsorption material, which retrieves the designated heavy metal ions from wastewaters prior to biological treatment, which allows further the activated sludge fully interact with other ions without losing their functions. As a result, after the biological cycle treated water at the indicated metals, meets the relevant standards.

The calculation of technological and economic losses caused by emission of electrolysis hydrogen in the atmosphere is made. The flow of oxygen and air during the combustion gases and the amount of simple combustion is calculated. The ways of economically viable utilization of associated hydrogen would increase the level of environmental safety of the process are revealed. We consider the use of hydrogen produced during electrolysis of sodium hypochlorite solution to produce hot water for the needs of the enterprise. Proposes the use of snow in the territory of the water supply enterprise as a backup element for the implementation of resource-saving technologies for potable water.

А key element in the system of public administration by labor protection is receiving reliable information about a condition of working conditions depending on levels of influence of harmful and dangerous production factors. Instrumentional monitoring of workings conditions on workplaces is carry on production control of harmful production factors and procedure of a special assessment of working conditions by test laboratories. Thus one of the tasks demanding the decision is development of algorithm of process of a choice of the measuring instruments satisfying areas of accreditation of test laboratory and to the state requirements to performance of these works. For the solution of an objective the author offers a technique of an optimum choice of the instrument equipment which basis the method of expert evaluations (rank correlation). According to basic provisions of a technique in scientific work the algorithm of process of a choice of measuring instruments for carry on of instrumental control of harmful production factors is presented. Criteria of a choice of devices are considered. The mathematical model of process of a choice of measuring equipment including ranging of criteria of a choice of devices is described. According to results of ranging the leading, essential and less significant criteria of a choice for the instrument group participating in experiment are defined. In view of the leading and essential parameters of a choice of the equipment, the complete set of test laboratory by the necessary instrument equipment, according to area of analytical tasks and conditions of measurement install.

The purpose and objectives of this work is to develop methods of planning the path of the mobile autonomous robots operating in environments with unknown location of obstacles. The result of the article is vague planner travel path of autonomous mobile robots for three-dimensional space (3D environments). The results differ from known analogues structure proposed planner, consisting of two interconnected parts, designed for use in horizontal and vertical planes, context-sensitive coordination method "simple" behavior of the mobile robot, a set of rules governing the method of prevention "jam" in the obstacles.

The paper presents a method for forming exact self-similar solution of the problem of calculating the compliant hydrodynamic journal bearing of finite length, running on layered lubricant in the axial lubrication. The article describes the experimental setup is designed to test the ability of manage the ultrasonic beam as it passes through the layered media. In this paper we consider a methodology of research, justified the choice of material for the simulation layers of biological tissues. The article describes the characteristics of the developed installation and positioning methods acoustic transducer. Solution of the experimental research allowed us to estimate the deviation of the "maximum" acoustic pressure (in the transverse distribution) by passing through the layered media and to determine the influence of the sound velocity in the transition layer on the distribution of acoustic energy in the region of space.

This paper presents a method of calculating the hydrodynamic radial slide bearing runs on the lubricant that has both viscoplasticity properties. When developing the analysis model as the initial equations the nonlinear Maxwell model with the existence of the limit shear stress. Asymptotic solution of the problem was found in even powers of the parameter due to the presence of limiting shear stress of the lubricant. Found the velocity field and the pressure in the lubricating layer obtained analytical expression for the bearing capacity of the bearing. The estimation of influence of parameters characterizing the elastic properties of the lubricant (the Deborah number) and a dimensionless parameter characterizing the viscoelastic properties of the lubricant parameter (plasticity) on the bearing capacity of the radial bearing.

This article examines some aspects of hypothetical interaction between Artificial Intelligence (AI) device and a man in which the goal of AI is self-learning to think. The practical reason of this task is to draw attention to a number of significant features of thinking that are important for AI engineering. The main issues of AI methodology and its critics are analyzed. It discusses the features of a person's thinking, which will inevitably face the AI, even though they have marks of formalizing impossibility as well as positive heuristic properties and functionally irremovable out of thinking. Analogy, complexes and pseudo-concept, contradiction are considered among these features. It's shown that communication is a source of new information imparted to the system essential for thinking and ensuring its development.

The results received at research of influence electron beam treatment processings on tool life of a tungstenless hard alloy metal on the basis of TiC with a binding material an alloy Ni-Cr-Al and percentage of the components "basis-binding" 50 – 50% about are presented in the conditions of metal cutting. Influence electron beam treatment of a blanket of samples of the cutting tool insert on technological components of force of cutting when turning cut metal is experimentally revealed.
